Chicken and Cheese Roll-ups

This recipe is a staple around my house.  Everyone loves it and as my boys have grown it is becoming clear that I am going to have to increase the amount of roll-ups!!  This is a great week night meal that goes to the table very quickly and as you can see you can get the kids involved by letting them make the roll ups.

Chicken and Cheese Roll-ups

1 Rotisserie chicken, shredded
2-3 cups of mild shredded cheese
1 can of crescent rolls
1 cup of milk
1 can of cream of chicken soup

Lightly flour a work area and tear apart crescent rolls.  Gently roll out a crescent roll making it a little wider and thinner.  Starting at the big end add some chicken and cheese.  Tuck in the ends a little and roll up to the small end to make a little bundle.  Repeat with all the crescent rolls and place in a 9X13 dish. In the picture above you will notice Zack's bundles are a little small.  I put more chicken and cheese in them when I roll them up.  Don't worry about the ends not being sealed off, all the goodies will stay inside when it bakes.

In a saucepan heat the cream of chicken soup, milk and 1 cup of cheese together until well blended.  Pour over the chicken bundles.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
