As we prepare to head out to the apple farm today my husband has asked what I plan to bake with all of our apples....well here ya go honey...Apple Crisp. I can not wait to try this recipe from Peanut Blossom!! She includes instructions on making two 8X8 pans instead of the standard 9X13 therefore allowing one pan to be frozen and baked later. Normally this wouldn't excite me due to our tiny side-by-side fridge but we just inherited a stand-up freezer from my nanny so I can't wait to fill it up. Head on over here to check out her recipe.
